Yes, but more than that though. If the sequence doesn't converge to 0, then the series diverges.

Oh okay I see. Thanks! But I am doing reviewing integral tests to see if a series diverges/converges. Is there a specific time when i should be using the integral test? Or is just a method that can be used and will be instructed to do so?

My book says to use it when the function is easy to integrate, lol. I'm looking at a solution manual and they didn't use it on a single problem -_- grr that's frustrating...
