Got it.

Nnesha (nnesha):

\[ \frac{a}{1-r}\] \[f(x)= \frac{1}{\color{Red}{5}+x}\] \[f(x)= \frac{1}{\color{Red}{5}-(-x)}\] we need to get 1 in the denominator so divide by 5 \[f(x)= \frac{1}{\color{Red}{1}-(\frac{-x}{5})}\]

Nnesha (nnesha):

i factore d out 5 so \[ 5+x \rightarrow 5(1+\frac{1}{5}x) \]

OpenStudy (itz_sid):

Thanks Nesh!
