whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

I don't currently have an Auto CAD program, but if you could screenshot your program and what you have so far, that would be great.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

this is what I have so far but i think it's all wrong http://prntscr.com/d70pug

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

can you able to help me plz?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Yeah... Yours isn't quite right... The goal is to get a 3D view of the object with accurate measurements.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Let me draw a diagram to give you an idea.

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

don't you have a auto cad in your computer?

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Not currently, no. Just went through a Windows reinstall ordeal.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Once I give you the idea I think you'll be able to do it though.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Since my drawing wasn't going well I decided to find an image instead... Take a look at this and tell me if any of it confuses you: http://forums.autodesk.com/autodesk/attachments/autodesk/520/15926/1/isometric_dwg.gif

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

no that's looks ok to me

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

So does that at least help to give you an idea of how to start?

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

well i can draw that on the paper thou but not on auto Cad

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

i am not familiar with auto cad system

OpenStudy (mtalhahassan2):

OpenStudy (harman.singh):

Hey Hassan, I think I can help you with this one. Just to be sure have you done any 3D drawings in AutoCAD previously?

OpenStudy (harman.singh):
