OpenStudy (please.help.me):

Screenshot of problem! Please help me! I need this desperately.

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

OpenStudy (3mar):

Any ideas?

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

Well not really.

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

Please someone help though because it is due by 12:00!

OpenStudy (3mar):

Can you type in the governing equation here?

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

Can you just please show me the steps and I will try to understand it? It is just due by 12! And I am getting really scared that I won't have enough time!

OpenStudy (3mar):

No, sister! Don't worry! If you just substitute with the givings \(r\) and \(V_0\) in the equation, you will get \(sin(2\theta)\) Can you?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Still need help?

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

1/32 (100)^2 sin2(feta) =300

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

Then after this step I do not know where to go honestly

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

This problem makes me want to slam my head into the wall repeatedly

OpenStudy (3mar):

No No

OpenStudy (3mar):

1/32 (100)^2 sin2(feta) =300 \[\Huge\color{red}\checkmark\] Congratulations! ♥ Can you now separate \(sin(2\theta)\) in one side?

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

1/32 (120)^2 sin2(feta) =300 Wait correction it's

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

I am not sure how to separate it. Is it an identity?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Just like this: \[\Large 300=\frac{ 1 }{ 32 }(120)^2*\sin (2\theta)\] \[\Large 300*32=\frac{ 1 }{ 32 }*32*(120)^2*\sin (2\theta)\] \[\Large 9600=14400*\sin (2\theta)\] \[\Large \frac{ 9600 }{ 14400 }=\frac{ 14400*\sin (2\theta) }{ 14400 }\] \[\Large \frac{ 2}{ 3}=\sin (2\theta)\] \[\Huge 2\theta=\sin^{-1}(\frac{ 2 }{ 3 })\] \[\Huge 2 \theta=~??\]

OpenStudy (3mar):

@Please.help.me Are you there?

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

.272972?

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

Or 41.8103 ?

OpenStudy (3mar):

\[\Huge \sin^{-1}(\frac{ 2 }{ 3 })=~?~?\]

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

0.72973

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

?

OpenStudy (3mar):

It would be 41.81 degree. Can you do it or not?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Need help to calculate so?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Let me know where you are back!

OpenStudy (phi):

They want degrees (notice the small º to the right of the "entry box") so 2\(\theta\) = 41.81º However, notice you must divide by 2 to get theta

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

feta = Greek cheese theta = \(\theta\) = Greek letter

OpenStudy (please.help.me):

I divided the answer by two but it was still marked wrong.
