OpenStudy (juanbaez):

-2x-1>5

alones (alones):

Alright same as the last one add \(1\) to each side, than simplify \(\ 5+~ to~ 6\) which would be \(−2x>6\)

alones (alones):

At last divide by negative \(2\) \[x<-\frac{ 6 }{ 2 }\] So, it's almost same as the last one divide negative \(6\) by \(2\) which would give you \(x<−3\)
