Hmm. I'm really sorry that is happening to you. :(
Some people click on a question and avoid them because the asker sometimes gets a noitf and thinks it's someone answering them, but it's actually a person saying "Sorry, I don't know" or a person "blowing a fuse". Which, can be disappointing to the asker. 

However, it would be nice of them to tag people who might know it. Regardless, if they start to be offensive, and use offensive language, you can always report the user. :)
