Is this grammatically correct and properly written?

Thus, I temporarily strived to follow in his footsteps, and later find my own path to success. I am currently taking courses with regards to computer science in hope that I could vastly improve upon my knowledge of coding. I am unsure as to where these long lines of code will take me, but as they continue to grow, so do I.

Klark is right. I mean it would be wiser idea to go to the professional service as Marvelous essay and ask them to proofread your work. Their writers will never miss the mistake and what is more, they will edit it as it shouild be

I have only one suggestion. :)

Replacing "in hope that I COULD vastly improve" with "in hope that I WOULD vastly improve" that makes more sense ^.^
