OpenStudy (i_go_crazy):

1.) how does DNA determine a trait such as eye color? a.) DNA codes for proteins that determine eye color b.) DNA codes for mRNA that determine eye color c.) DNA interacts with proteins to control eye color d.) DNA contains pigments which make up eye color I think it's A or B

OpenStudy (teopisteo):

You are right, it should be A, because the DNA codes for proteins e.g. pigments. B is not right because it is not the mRNA which determines the trait. mRNA is only a copy of DNA which is used in the process of making the proteins :)
