Which one of these is characteristic of cancer cells?
Well, since I don't know the options, I would characterize them as a sort of lethal type. They are mutated cells that do not know when to stop replicating. So when the body tells them to stop, they continue. This is what forms things like tumors and is also why cancer can be so deadly. It also has an interesting way of spreading about the body. They usually do this through the bloodstream. This is also why they classify cancer in stages. Usually in the early stages of cancer, it is contained to one area and can be treated. Once they tell the person that there is no hope, this means that these "bad" cells have spread too much and too far around the body that they can no longer contain it and (most likely) the inhabitant will die.
Thanks a bunch !
