@DanJS

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

Tried anything ?

OpenStudy (itrymath):

I actually dont understand how to do this

OpenStudy (danjs):

use the power raised to power property i just put in last time

OpenStudy (itrymath):

B

OpenStudy (danjs):

what does that give ya after multiplying the powers?

OpenStudy (itrymath):

2 over 18 or 5 over 6

OpenStudy (danjs):

The two things to use on this one are .. \[\huge [b^v]^u=b^{u*v}\] \[\huge \sqrt[n]{b}=b^\frac{ 1 }{ n }\]

OpenStudy (itrymath):

Yes, I know but

OpenStudy (danjs):

right 2/18, that reduces to 1/9

OpenStudy (itrymath):

OH You reduce it

OpenStudy (itrymath):

i totally forgot that

OpenStudy (danjs):

then use the second property to change the 1/9 power into a root.. \[\huge 3^{1/9}=\sqrt[9]{3}\]

OpenStudy (itrymath):

yeah i know from there

OpenStudy (itrymath):

omg thanks so much!!

OpenStudy (danjs):

welcome, just have to remember those properties for the patterns

OpenStudy (itrymath):

I do.. @DanJS
