Hints: In a dilation, all angles and orientations are preserved if the scale is positive. If the scale is negative, the orientations are reversed.

Ok. Then I believe that it shifts 5 units to the right because when it dilates it reverses. (Negative to positive) (Positive to Negative)

It requires a login, so I do not get to know the scale of the dilation, nor the position and size of the objects, which I need if you believe your answer is the line that shifts 5 units. Well for one that is not on the questions. For two it does not make sense to shift it that far. OP/OP=K
I think you meant OP'/OP=K. So what is the value of K, and where is O situated?
