OpenStudy (will.h):

AB = CB: GIVEN BD= BD: REFLEXIVE PROPERTY AD = DC: definition of midpoint Thus ABD = CBD: SSS CONGRUENCE POSTULATE

563blackghost (563blackghost):

We are given that `ABC is an isoceles`. So `Statment1 - ABC is isosceles; Reason1 - Given`. Due to this our statement would be `BA = BC` this is based off the definition of an isosceles triangle. `Where two sides and angles are congruent.` Due to the fact they share sides they would also share `BD` so `BD = BD` based off the reflexive property. `Statment4 is D is the midpoint of AC` this is Given. Due to this fact `Statment 5 AD = DC` based off the definition of a midpoint which splits it directly in half.
