A, C and D Motorists should PAY ATTENTION to their driving - which has become an "increased risk" activity. Gawping and following what's happening other than the immediate surroundings is potential dangerous. Keep off the mobile phones, keep the speed safe and let everyone get there safely.

Maybe it would help everyone if people remembered that any vehicle travelling at any speed is a very large mass which needs careful control or else it can be lethal. So, a car doing 5mph can do damage to a lamp post or, vitally, to a person.
