Does your question come with an image?
If the image is on screen, do a screen capture and send it to a an image server.  Provide the link to the image on the server.
If the image is on paper, then  you'd need to scan the image, or take a photo.  Again you'd need to post it on an image server and post the link here.

Unfortunately I do not open .docx files.  Most of the time, we post .jpg or .png files which require a simple viewer.
Perhaps @3mar could help you with this.
