Whats the similarities and differences (comparison) between a plateau and a volcano? WILL GIVE MEDAL + FAN!
i think the difference is that a plateau and a volcano is that a plateau is a large piece of flat land and a volcano can erupt
Anything the same? @snakestrike612
A mountain is a landform that extends above the surrounding terrain in a limited area, with a peak. A mountain is generally steeper than a hill, but there is no universally accepted standard definition for the height of a mountain or a hill although a mountain usually has an identifiable summit. While a plateau, also called a high plateau or tableland, is an area of highland, usually consisting of relatively flat terrain. A highly eroded plateau is called a dissected plateau. A volcanic plateau is a plateau produced by volcanic activity.
