The initial value is the value of the output when x = 0. We can find that by finding the rate of change.

finding the rate of change we can do that using the slope formula slope = y2-y1/x2-x1 we need 2 points from the table the points are (1,20)(3,10) Slope: 10 - 20/3-1 Slope = -10/2 Slope = -5 idk what they mean by the initial value tbh
