my guesses DIPPED HEADLIGHTS. Full beam shines into the fog and back scatters light and can dazzle in already hazardous conditions. LOW SPEED. Things come "out of the fog", and reaction time is too long for the "surprise" of hazards. Such as accidents, and things on the road. OK the driver is nice and warm sitting in the wingspanpit of the cocoon of the vehicle. It's probably cold out there if things go wrong. MORE CONCENTRATION ... keep away from mobile phones etc.# http://perendis.webs.com
