Segment DC is congruent to segment DC (reflexive property)
triangles ACD and BCD are congruent by SAS. ,
sides CA and CB are congruent by CPCTC
 making point C is equidistant from points A amd B.

I think - if you agree with me - that we have the three things used to prove our case!

1. the two right angles result from the perdend. bisector are CONGRUENT.
2. also from the perdend. bisector, the segments BF and AF are CONGRUENT.
3. and the reflexive property of CF and FC complete the third point.
