in Dna replication there is a placement of 3 phosphates onto the nucleotides on the replication forks

yes, so Primase is what meks the primer for synthesis, and Pol III is the enzyme doing the actual replicaiton

so it gets synthesised by DNA primase, THEN it attaches to the strand thus making the strand t
then DNA poly comes in and attaches, then begins to replace it and bring in the triphosphate?
then Pol III comes in and make the new DNA strand. At this time, the primer just sits there and nobody really care about it.
