Question

Uh... Heeeelllp ;-;

So I was asked this problem in my class and told to solve it and bring it back solved in a few hours...
I have absolutely no idea what to do with this.

Derivative of x^4 + 9x^3 + 7x – 2

Have you learned the basic rules of derivatives (power rule for example)? Or are we to use the fundamental theorem of calculus to do this?

I have no idea. I have not learned the basic rules of anything and uh I have no clue what im doing. I have 2 weeks to do it tho, it's one of a few problems i was given to try

Name some of the topics you've learned most recently in class. Perhaps we could apply one or more of them towards solving this problem.
