Quinine fluorescence

OpenStudy (dramaqueen1201):

I need help with my quinine fluorescence lab, who could help me? please???

OpenStudy (sanoofy):

Quinine is a strongly fluorescent compound in dilute acid solution with two excitation wavelengths (250 and 350 nm) and a fluorescence emission at 450 nm. It is also a medication to treat malaria and babesiosis.

OpenStudy (sanoofy):

What do you specifically need help with tho?

OpenStudy (dramaqueen1201):

@Sanoofy how would you propagate the noise on the blank to the blank corrected intensities, and then calculate the tSm and %RSD for them?

OpenStudy (sanoofy):

@mathstudent55

OpenStudy (aaronq):

I think by "propagate the noise" they mean "propagate the \(\sf error~(or ~uncertainty)\) of the noise measurements"

OpenStudy (aaronq):

in fact, im certain that's what they mean lol
