As several people have pointed out, this question is more complicated than it looks on the surface.  IF and only if you decide to spend all of your earnings on rent, and you work 40 hours per week, every week, I suppose you could find a minimum earning rate to be able to afford this rent.  But that's not the way things work in real life.  Are you sure you have shared ALL of the information that came with this question?
