D possibly. seems to contain all the info needed to access the item. 1283 pres refers to the page numbers, which identify the volume etc. and it says that it's "on line" so there should be a system whereby if you go to the website - "on line" - and tap in the page numbers you get there. And that's what a citation/reference is supposed to do ????
