I think that technology is advancing us, yet also degrading us in a new type of way. We are able to learn and explore so much due to technology, yet it has also caused us to become lazy, selfish, and more disconnected with each other (personally) and with nature.

It's costing humans and society their health (laziness) and it's costing them their ability to be more connected on a social level (in person). We need these personal connections, yet more and more are becoming more isolated due to this new technology.
