OpenStudy (dottiecat):

Yes please!

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

I'm not sure how to start..

OpenStudy (3mar):

Any ideas?

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

Well it does say substitution method.

OpenStudy (3mar):

substitution means that you solve one equation for one variable and sub. with it in the second equation!

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

Ohhh

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

Do we start with the second equation?

OpenStudy (3mar):

As you wish, you pick what you want and what you see that is easier to solve for one of its variables!

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

OK, Do you mind if I work it out on paper first, then ask you if it's right...?

OpenStudy (3mar):

That is with my pleasure! This is more better!

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

OK, Thank you! I'd just like to try to see if I can do it first! hehe!

OpenStudy (3mar):

That is what excellent students always do!

OpenStudy (dottiecat):

No solution?

OpenStudy (dottiecat):
