Question

I ask out of deep passion. And I ask out of the things I went through. Could we get some moderators that actually respond to messages? Urgent things such as suspending an account, could we at least have answers? 4 moderators on and none of them respond. I need answers. I need help. And it's not only me but I know a few others as well. I ask for this to be taken into consideration as soon as possible.

Ok yes they do. A combination of mods are on which looks like none of them respond.

I've always just said, oh, they're prolly so bzy they can't figure out which side of os to be on :(
maybe they shld create a mod chat, like where ppl post messages for mods. might be faster--it is a chat

Sorry I was offline when you pmed me. We do reply, we aren't always here but we do make sure things get taken care of. I took care of the issue you dmed me about. Once again, I apologize.

As I agree that some mods don't answer regardless, and that needs to be changed. You have to remember that mods have lives outside of OS, and are usually issuing warnings, suspensions etc, or dealing with a personal matter, or helping another user, they can't always respond right away. As Sam said, mods are usually really busy people, and can't be on OS all the time. They are also here voluntarily, and I'm sure most, if not all the mods will try to get back to everyone ^_^.

If they don't respond asap on a situation, the best you can do is report and wait, or try to community suspend if it gets that bad. Which I know can be frustrating, but it's better than arguing with the user, or spamming a mod, reports etc.

PS: I know for sure that Bunny tries her best to respond to everyones' messages. I'm not sure about Kainui because I don't message him, but for Bunny. I know she tries her best.

I have messaged moderaters and ambassadors too and you aren't answering too @Yanasidlinskiy I needed help and it was important too so don't accuse others when you are doing the same
