13. A 14. D 15. C

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

would you like me to explain, or do you understand how I got those answers?

OpenStudy (ilovemath14):

Can you understand it please? @brittanyrolfe

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Yeah, so 13 is A because taxon is a rank or a class– so that wouldn't make much sense. It wouldn't be phylogeny because that is a classification under the term biology. And it wouldn't be the tree of life because the tree of life is huge and not limited, like the question is asking

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Oops! I am sorry, the answers should be 13. D, 14. d, 15. C

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Sorry about the confusion there.

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

14 would be D because a cladogram is separated down by clades but those clade are derived characters

OpenStudy (ilovemath14):

I was so confused because when I searched it up the answer it gave me was D @brittanyrolfe

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Sorry about the confusion there!

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):
