Here is the quadratic formula: \[x=\frac{ -b \pm \sqrt{b^2 -4ac} }{ 2a }\] To get two x values, you would need to solve for both positive and negative square root as follow: \[x=\frac{ -b+\sqrt{b^2 -4ac} }{ ?2a}\] and... \[x=\frac{ -b-\sqrt{b^2 -4ac} }{ ?2a}\]

For the '+ sqroot' equation (1st one) you would have got 121/2. You need to solve for the second equation to get the second x-value.
