According to me, the most important three steps for making or delivering a speech are as follows-
1. Write or use simple language ( easy and effective words that are easy to convey your message to audience)
2. Hook up your audience ( your title as well as your thinking behind the speech must be clear to the audience and you may also take care of that you should be of interest to your audience)
3. Be relevant to your topic ( your title should have some strong and close relationship to the contents of your speech)
