Not sure if you're still looking for help but the equation for a line in standard form is y=mx+b . b is the y-intercept aka when x=0. The y-intercept is 4 for this line. the slope is m= change in y over change in x. The slope of the line is 3/4. From there, you have enough information to determine the equation of this line.
