Drawbacks of being a member of OECD ?

Can anyone tell me at least a couple of them? I'm doing a research about OECD and I need to list some pros and cons of OECD membership and conclude if it's worth joining.

Would really appreciate the help......

I have to agree with @mrnood

i doubt anyone knows the pros and cons off the top of their head without having to do their own "research", which you could easily do on your own

while this website is still up, we're not in the habit of doing the work for others, but rather, explaining how it can be done
