I have only one question...why do they have to do this? I know Brainly owns OpenStudy...but no reason to close? money issues perhaps?

openstudy and brainly made a deal. A deal that would profit both. The CEOs are wise enough and they def knew the problems that would arise while handling both the websites so saying that its difficult to maintain is not a good excuse. Closing OS just kills the competition for Brainly.
