Please help! The designer also programs a bird with a path that can be modeled by a quadratic function. The bird starts at the vertex of the path at (0, 20) and passes through the point (10, 8). What are the values of the constants in the vertex form of the quadratic equation that models the bird's path? h = k = a = Can somebody please explain how I figure this out? I know that vertex form is y=a(x-h)^2+k but I don't really know how to apply it is it y=a(x-10)^2+8 if that is correct how do I find A?
