Im only here cause i got bored and thought it would be nice to help people with their math problems. 
now whether I will stay with brainly or move to another site will be entirely dependent on their "mission" and page layout/useability.

I quite liked OS "mission" of helping people explain the problem rather than giving out the answers 
and the posting system was quite nice, even if you couldnt edit posts

Also, I dont go around looking for study sites, so the only sites i know about now are brainly and PA, one of which i have a huge bias towards

@sooobored Thank you for your reply. This is the large issue that seems to be prevalent in most users who want to go Brainly. The fact is, Brainly's mission is not align with OS' mission. Yes, both can be viewed as Question and Answer sites, but like most people say and agree upon, that is what Brainly is, and hasn't developed far beyond that.

Someone asks a question on Brainly

3x = 15. Solve for x.

Someone just comes by and says 5. 

On OpenStudy,

3x = 15. Solve for x.

Someone posts the steps, how to get to the answer, then the answer.
Dividing 3 on both sides, isolating x, etc

Both get the answer, but OpenStudy has always been about doing more whilst Brainly is fine with just getting their traffic, ad revenue, etc, and profiting. Watered down, they are just milking the thousands of lazy kids you want a free answer. OS has always been about reaching those kids, and also the ones who want free help(an answer + an explanation = understanding).
