then you calculate the length of each side of the kite and also the diagonals. That means finding BR, RA, AD, DB, DR, AB and KY, YL, LE, EK, KL, YE.

if you're still having trouble look at line segment BR. Is it shorter or longer than DB? If BR is shorter than of the two choices 1:2 or 2:1 it must be 1:2. then do the same for the other kite
