OpenStudy (ritoking):

What is the value of the function y = 2x + 3 ⁢when x=−1x=−1 ?

OpenStudy (angel.candy):

Okay so.. If the equation is Y=2(-1) +3 What do you think you should do?

OpenStudy (angel.candy):

Well, I guess you don't want to learn, you just want me to solve it for you, but you won't learn that way unfortunately. *sad face* You are going to multiply the 2 with the -1 which would turn it to -2. now you have Y= -2+3 And I'm sure you'd know what to do next. add -2 and 3 together leaving you with Y= 1

OpenStudy (ritoking):

when did i ever say i didn't wanna learn omg i found out the answer right after i posted this @Angel.Candy

OpenStudy (angel.candy):

Oh, well sorry. I just saw you left and it made me think that. I do apologize. <3
