I have this so far... \[y - y _{1} = m(x - x _{1})\] Is the equation we're using, yes? So... \[y - 4 = \frac{ 2 }{ 5 }(x - (-3))\] \[y - 4 = \frac{ 2 }{ 5 }(x + 3)\] \[y - 4 = \frac{ 2 }{ 5 }x + \frac{ 5 }{ 6 }\] That's as far as I've gotten, and I'm not sure if the last part 5/6 is right.
