OpenStudy (518nad):

what is negative feedback, how does this circuit have negative feedback http://prntscr.com/ddvr98

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

basically formulate KVL for the two loops and you'll see how you have negative feedback

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

actually KCL might help here actually since BJTs are current devices but w/e

OpenStudy (seratul):

All i can tell you is don't use the bypass compactor :)

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

you can actually parallel a bypass cap in there along with the resistor if you want higher gain... but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for.

OpenStudy (518nad):

nvm figured it out its cool :)

OpenStudy (518nad):

oh ya i know aboutg the bypass cap, how come that bypass cap causes higher gain

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

it acts as a short sort AC waveforms lowering impedance of AC but keeping the DC bias point the same

OpenStudy (518nad):

okay got it but whats the exact gain of the ac component then,

OpenStudy (518nad):

suppose i add a 1 uF cap on that circuit

OpenStudy (518nad):

is it dependadnt on the input freq now

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

mmhmm
