OpenStudy (amorfide):

can someone tell me how to get from this step to the next? Integration by parts

OpenStudy (amorfide):

OpenStudy (amorfide):

the steps im confused about are the ones with arrows I get the same answer as the first arrow, but don't know where they got that fraction 1/1+s^2 from

OpenStudy (amorfide):

@ParthKohli

OpenStudy (amorfide):

@sammixboo

Parth (parthkohli):

In the equation you have underlined in red, just add\[s^2 \int_0^{\infty }e^{-sx}\cos x dx\]to both sides

Parth (parthkohli):

what do you get?

OpenStudy (amorfide):

yeahhhhhhhh

OpenStudy (amorfide):

thank you <3

Parth (parthkohli):

OpenStudy (amorfide):

not gonna lie I didn't know I could do that with integrals

Parth (parthkohli):
