C? i think. usually when there is a negative in front of a number it means it is moving left, not right. which is why it would move 4 units left.
And the 5 is positive, implying that it moves 5 units up. not down.

The x part of the graph has positive numbers to the right. so when you go -4, it would go the other direction, which is left
