I included it in the original question. There really isn't a prompt. it says for me to decide on my own topic. Which just makes it even worse.

First gimme a few details if you can because it'd help me help you better.
It says "unemployment trends in your area affecting the worker availability" .....can you kinda give me an idea as to what your area is like? I mean you don't have to give your location if you don't want to.....but just some kinda idea. Is it a nice area. Is it a dumpy area? Kinda rednecky? Kinda rich?
That will matter in order to help answer that aspect of the question.
Lets go with Walmart because its the easiest thing I think we can apply our information needs to.
So this would probably involve going to Walmart.com and looking for info on how they hire, interview, handle career development and so forth. ^.^

I worked for walmart so I already know alot about their management styles and everything. As far as our community I'm really not sure how to describe it. We do have those that would be considered "trashy" but we have alot of "rednecks" too. The best way I could describe it is welfare. Pretty much everyone here is on welfare and too lazy to work.

No. Walmart is very against unions. In fact, just the very mention of unionization among workers in a certain branch can get that branch shut down.

"Walmart is one of the biggest employers not only in my area, but also amongst other area's in the USA. Walmart believes in hard work and dedication and by this belief it has trained it's employee's in such a fashion that all hires are trained as......."

^You'd have to kinda fill something in there because you understand and maybe know the way they interview and the way that they may manage.
That's for starters though. If you get a spot where you get stuck, I'm here ^.^ (at least at various parts of the day. I'm on and off OS here and there)

Alright, so for starters on a body paragraph I suppose what we need to do is describe kinda the meat and potatoes of business management and how it connects to hires and employee's of Walmart alike (since we are using Walmart as an example)

^That could be used as a starter for the body paragraph if you want.
This is actually a bigger subject to attempt an essay on then we really think, so it's important to dice properly and be precise as well.
