Basically the option that will have equal sides will be about Associative property did you try to simplify the options? if not lets start by doing the 1st... Associative property is not about how the parentheses arranges it is about the last simplified form if it gets the sides equal or not.. so yeah let's start by doing the 1st and see if they are equal shall we

because when simplifying \[\frac{ -103 }{ 126 } = \frac{ -103 }{126 }\] sides are equal so yeah..
