Do you think criminals benefit more from community service or house arrest? Explain.

Depends on what kind of criminals they are, if they care, and what would really affect them. If they don't care, dont seem to e changing in the near future, etc. then no community service will not help, it will just get them even more......mad i guess. House arrest would be good for those kinds of criminals, disciplining  them as if they were a child but it is necessary. There are so many scenarios that you have to keep in mind if you want to answer this question
