It doesn't hurt that much,
It doesn't burn when you
touch,
It doesn't haunt you
it will never taunt you;
The sweetest goodbye makes sure you
don't cry for too long,
Come night fall
it'll hold you as you sleep
dance around your dreams;
In the sweetest goodbye
nobody lies,
there's no betrayal,
no hate in our eyes
and
no one gets blood on their hands,
it doesn't make you feel that bad,
you don't start wishing for what
you never had
with sweetest goodbye.
