No one can see your graph. AIDS research has received massive amounts of funding, far and away in excess of the mortality it suggests. Since little behavior has changed (except blood supply control) since 1985, there is no reason to expect the infection rate would decrease - particularly since spreading AIDS has been weaponized q.v. localized terrorism in some African wars. Just some hints. Still can't see the chart.
