Genuine Question! What's your first language and do you know any other languages? Were they difficult/easy/moderate to learn?
For myself, my first language is English, and I know Hawaiian and Japanese to a moderate degree. Hawaiian is like English, but backward, shorter alphabet, and harder pronunciation. Japanese is something else, and to be honest my first thoughts with the language was that it's so...advanced. One of the comparisons that my instructor did was that with comparing an English essay and Japanese essay that both said the same thing, the Japanese essay was significantly shorter. A more efficient language. Both were quite enjoyable to venture into, and I'm still learning :)
I have no idea what my first language is tbh. It's either my family's cultural language or English... I'm verbally fluent in both so idk? I forgot how to read/write the other language though... so I guess English...

First language is Spanish. It's pretty easy sense English relates. For me it made English easier growing up sense the greek and latin roots relate to both langauges.
