I assume that this is an exercise in 'simultaneous equations' (systems of equations) and that thy want you to use exactly the hours and money allocated

So with
f = number of Franks made
m = number of Marcels made

You know the COST of each model so you can write an equation for the total cost
This is equal to 5800

You also know the TIME for each model, so you can write an equation for the total hours
This is equal to 12600

So now you have 2 equations
You can use elimination easily to solve them..
