could someone please demonstrate to me what it means all right angles are congruent when doing triangle proofs? thanks

Yes, all right angles are congruent, as their measures are exactly the same: 90 degrees. If you're comparing two triangles, and you know that both are right triangles, then the two right triangles both have 90 degree angles. This doesn't mean that the triangles themselves are congruent; it only says that at least one angle in each triangle is congruent with the corresponding angle (right angle) in the other triangle.
