I should write a report about the Computer Science design process. please help me

1. Gather requirements
2. Explore possible technical solutions
3. Select the one you think will work best
4. Implement a basic solution
5. Test the solution and improve on it until you feel it is adequate. (alpha testing)
6. Give it to others to test until you feel testing is adequate. (beta testing)
7. Release to the intended audience
8. Collect additional feedback
- DCRs Design Change Requests
- PTRs Problem tracking Reports (Bugs)
9. Release an improved version

I have been doing this for 40 years, the above pretty much sums things up.
