Basically you're just plotting points, one by one. Let the person's age be x (horiz. axis) and amount spent be y (vertical axis). The first point to plot would be (25,53): 25 on the horiz axis and 53 on the vert. axis. Continue until you're finished. Use appropriate scale divisions.
